You might be pulled over because your tail light is out. This is a safety hazard, and you need to replace it. There are various cool options with taillights, so you might just change them out for the sake of aesthetics. You might also replace the tail light because it’s old and needs replacing. Either way, here’s some helpful advice: how to change a taillight on a Jeep Wrangler.
In order to replace your Jeep Wrangler Taillights, you'll need to remove the screws from one side. These screws will be on top and bottom of your vehicle, but not the ones on the other side. The reason for this is that those screws don't connect to your Jeep Wrangler.
One of the most difficult parts of replacing your Wrangler's taillight is removing the screws. Once you do, you will be able to remove the taillight from your vehicle. If you pull out your old taillight, you will see four wires connected to it. All you need to do is unplug two wires at the end of the new light assembly and it should come right out.
Once you've removed the taillight from your Jeep Wrangler, it's time to install the new one. Plug both wires into where you disconnected them from the old light. Now, connect the new taillight to Jeep Wrangler and screw it in.
